Katie O’Brien is the fourth daughter of founder Daniel O’Brien and serves as Chair of the Board, where she is deeply committed to stewarding the company’s legacy. She works closely with the Board of Directors, management team, and family shareholders to support the company’s long-term success.
Katie is a graduate of South Burlington High School and Saint Michael’s College. She spent 15 years at Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, where she led global digital marketing initiatives. She brings that experience in strategy, communications, and organizational culture to her work with O’Brien Brothers. She is also active in community and civic roles, reflecting her dedication to both family and broader community values.
Katie lives on the New Hampshire Seacoast with her husband, two children, and dog. She enjoys gardening, entertaining, staying active, and spending time with her family.
