Controller
As the Controller for O’Brien Brothers, Kate manages the accounting function along with HR and IT provider partnerships. Prior to joining O’Brien Brothers in October of 2025, Kate served as the Executive Director of Finance at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont (her alma mater). Before moving from the south shore of Massachusetts to Vermont in 2021, Kate held several finance leadership roles in human services and manufacturing organizations in Boston, MA. Kate graduated from Saint Michael’s College with a B.S. in Accounting. She is a resident of South Burlington and enjoys skiing, home improvement projects, and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and 3 dogs.
