Director of Development
As the Director of Development for O’Brien Brothers, Andrew manages the permitting and implementation of development projects across the organization, from inception through completion.
Prior to joining O’Brien Brothers in July of 2013, Andrew worked in both Addison and Chittenden County in different capacities within the development community. He managed a variety of development projects, including some historical renovations, and oversaw the construction of multi-family and single-family housing projects. At O’Brien Brothers, Andrew has played a key role in the development of several successful and lasting Vermont properties, and his experience and enthusiasm are an essential asset to the company.
Andrew graduated summa cum laude from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, with a B.A. in History and Political Science. Andrew is a native Vermonter and a resident of Shelburne.
