Bill brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to the O’Brien Brothers Board of Directors.
As President of Norton Asset Management, a commercial real estate firm in Manchester, New Hampshire, Bill has served clients throughout New England and the northeast since 1990 with advisory, brokerage, and corporate support services. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Twigg Associates, and Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities at BankEast Corporation.
Bill holds many professional licenses and designations, including Real Estate Broker licenses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and North Carolina. He is a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), as well as an Honorary Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) New Hampshire. He has served as a member of numerous boards and committees, and has been a Director of both the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and the Concord Chamber of Commerce.
Bill graduated with a BA from Harvard University, an MA in Urban Geography and Marketing from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and an MBA from New Hampshire College.
