In the Hillside Neighborhood, O’Brien Brothers has now certified 20 homes since signing up for Efficiency Vermont’s Program. On average, each of these 2,000+ sq. ft. homes achieve a Home Energy Rating System (HERS) score of less than 43.0, an air leakage rating of less than 2.0 exchanges per hour, and have an Annual Energy Cost of $2,185 or about $1.06/sq. ft.  The remaining 20 Hillside homes are also enrolled in the Efficiency Vermont certification program.
