Facilities Manager
Adam joined O’Brien Brothers in 2002 and is a key member of the team. He oversees our maintenance staff, coordinates the care and upkeep of our properties, and works to resolve day-to-day maintenance issues as they arise to ensure that all our properties are running smoothly.
Adam has completed numerous trainings that provide him with substantial expertise in property maintenance, including the Certified Manager of Maintenance training through the National Center for Housing Management, and the OSHA Certified Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response course. He is also Lead Certified by the EPA. Adam received his degree in Environmental Science from Lyndon State College.
When not in the office, Adam enjoys the outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, canoeing, and exploring Vermont with his daughter.
