Property Manager
Kathleen Audy joined our team in March 2024 as our Property Manager. She brings with her a solid foundation in business and accounting, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology. With more than 10 years of experience in nonprofit affordable housing, she brings a unique blend of skills and knowledge to her role.
Kathleen is a native of Vermont, residing in Fairfax when not at work. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and their Labrador Retriever. She also finds joy in traveling, reading, cooking/baking, and hiking.
