Richard relocated to Vermont in July of 2021 to join O’Brien Brothers as Warranty and Customer Service Manager. Richard has devoted the last 30 years of his career to the homebuilding industry focused on warranty, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Before joining O’Brien Brothers, Richard had success working for several homebuilders across the United States and internationally.
Whether building a new department or overhauling an existing one, his ability to build strong teams with a high retention rate and a dedication to customer satisfaction has been key to his success. He has brought a unique perspective to the O’Brien Brothers vision of what quality and the Warranty Department could and should be.
Richard and his wife of 30 years Lillian, have 3 adult children RJ, Sarah and Emily who make them proud every day and 2 crazy dogs Shadow and Sombra. In his time away from work he enjoys fishing, working in his shop and has won multiple awards for his exterior illumination at Christmas time.
